SOU4YOU: The State of the Union for Young European Citizens, organised by the European University Institute in continuity with the Festival d’ Europa, takes place on the afternoon of 5 May at Palazzo Vecchio, in the context of The State of the Union 2023.
#SOU4YOU will be held from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Cortile della Dogana, with a series of workshops, artistic demonstrations and playful activities,
and from 4:45 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. in the Salone de’ Cinquecento.
The event will provide young people the opportunity to engage with experts on specific issues, including sustainability, skills and youth training.
The event, organised by the Institute together with the European Parliament and in collaboration with local institutions, aims to stimulate an interactive dialogue on the present and future of young people in Europe, advocating the need to invest in the education of new generations, ensuring that they have the right tools to face the challenges of the future.
